The attachment used to clean ceiling fans is very useful. Unlike the extension wand, this attachment is bent and allowing you to reach and vacuum the topside of the ceiling fan blades. Each attachment that manufacturers promote is designed with a specific purpose in mind. You’ll find that most hoses are a standard size, thus most vacuum accessories will likely fit a standard hose. Still, there are some attachments that are specific to certain vacuum cleaner models. For instance, Dyson vacuum attachments usually won’t fit a Kirby and Canister vacuum attachments won’t work with a lot of uprights; therefore it is best to get the same brand attachment as your cleaner.
